According to the deployment of the company's Quality Year activity, in order to build a solid foundation for system management and cultivate a professional and practical internal audit team, the Safety Production Department has coordinated and organized more than 80 middle-level management personnel and key personnel from various units to carry out a special training on "three in one" system management. This training was implemented successively in Weidengda State, Weidentongren, and Fuquan Sulfuric Acid Operations Center, and successfully concluded on August 29, 2025. Through systematic empowerment, we strive to enhance the professional core competencies of internal auditors, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous optimization of the company's management system.

Consolidate theoretical foundation and build systematic thinking

The training is closely focused on the actual situation of the company's system, and the course design is both systematic and targeted. Specially invited senior experts from Tianjin Great Wall, Sun Tao and Zhang Peng, to deeply analyze the core clauses of the ISO9001/14001/45001 system. Prior to the training, the safety production department had in-depth discussions with the two teachers on the training framework and key content points, focusing on key dimensions such as process methods, risk management, and evidence-based auditing. During the training process, the teacher combined rich industry cases to guide students to break through text limitations, understand the internal logic of standards, and construct a systematic review thinking framework, laying a solid theoretical foundation for practical application in the later stage.

Focusing on practical refining, forging audit tools

The course breaks through the traditional theoretical teaching mode, highlighting practical application and interactive discussions. Through various forms such as simulated audits, case studies, and student interactions, students transform into "auditors". Under the guidance of teachers, students systematically master core skills such as audit plan formulation, checklist preparation, evidence chain construction, and non conformance double clause determination.

The scene simulation phase will push the training to a climax. The students actively participated in the cross review activity, and through role-playing from both the "reviewing party" and "reviewing party" perspectives, they deeply honed their communication skills and comprehensively improved their practical abilities in problem insight, root cause analysis, and improvement suggestions.
