The Wylton team quickly activated the emergency response mechanism, established a special research and development team, and carried out a "carpet style" investigation with the action plan of "three inspections and four determinations", accurately locating the cause of the fault, solving equipment failures, and synchronously calibrating process parameters. In response to potential hazards such as HRS acid concentration distortion and equipment leakage, the team developed a "one problem, one strategy" rectification plan overnight and completed system restart within 48 hours.
During the one month on-site technical service, the team achieved a 20% increase in device load through professional and refined operations, setting a new record for daily sulfuric acid production and stabilizing the finished acid concentration at 98.5%. At the same time, zero liquid ammonia consumption was achieved through automatic catalytic desulfurization technology, and tail gas emissions met standards. During this period, more than 30 optimization suggestions were put forward to systematically solve the pain points and difficulties encountered by customers in the operation of sulfuric acid plants. The chairman of Zhiyuan Industrial praised the poem "To the Six Heroes of Weidun" as a vivid footnote to the cooperation between the two parties, stating that "Love blends with Tao Yun, a thousand cups are few, and friendship forges golden orchids for a hundred lifetimes".

During the same period, the Wylton team achieved excellent results in the annual overhaul of the 500kt/a sulfur based sulfuric acid plant at China General Nuclear Power Corporation in Namibia. Technical backbone Zou Xuebao led the team to apply the "transformation and heating technology" and "circulation tower plugging" technologies to efficiently solve equipment corrosion and system energy efficiency problems, and simultaneously optimize the safety management system and customer communication mechanism. With the "rapid response+technological innovation" model, the project achieved project duration compression and energy efficiency improvement, winning high recognition from international customers and laying a benchmark for the internationalization of Weidun's technical services.
Experience Sharing and Capability Accumulation: Reviewing, Communicating, and Driving Service Upgrades
In order to deepen technological collaboration, Wylton da State and Fuquan Sulfuric Acid Operation Center respectively organized technical service work review and exchange meetings, focusing on in-depth discussions on the Guangxi Zhiyuan driving and Namibia overhaul projects. Yao Qicai, the project leader in Guangxi, conducted a systematic review of the implementation details of the "three checks and four determinations", compared and analyzed 23 process differences in the equipment, and shared the implementation experience of more than 20 customer optimization suggestions; Zou Xuebao focuses on the adaptability of cross-border technological transformation and analyzes practical strategies for safety management and emergency response.


During the communication session, participants engaged in lively discussions on common challenges such as equipment protection and preheating furnace control. Through multidimensional viewpoints collision, they ultimately formed outcome documents such as the "Guidelines for Handling Abnormal Operating Conditions in Sulfuric Acid Plants" and the "Cross border Project Communication and Cooperation Checklist".
